Community Support Assistant – Part Time, 6 month contract

Join us as a Community Support Assistant to help manage the rapid growth of the Home Tester Club community. This entry‑level role involves managing member inquiries, moderating user‑generated content, and detecting fraudulent activity across our global communities. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers flexible part‑time shifts.

Hours : 25–30 hours per week (typical 6‑hour shifts from 7 : 00 – 13 : 00 or 16 : 00 – 22 : 00). Full training will be provided. No prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries via the support system and inboxes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve login, profile, and platform issues.
• Monitor inquiry trends and escalated recurring issues.
• Identify and review potential fraudulent member activity across all markets.
• Assess risk levels and take appropriate action (warnings, restrictions, suspension) per internal guidelines.
• Conduct periodic follow‑ups on flagged members.
• Moderate user‑generated photo and video content, applying quality criteria.
