Ryt Bank is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join our People team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire the best talent to power our fast-growing digital bank. Recruitment & Selection : Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer management. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies. Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records with accuracy and timeliness. Sourcing & Employer Branding : Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Support employer branding initiatives to enhance Ryt Bank’s visibility as an employer of choice. Engage with potential talent pools for current and future hiring needs. Candidate Experience : Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate journey from application to onboarding. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions between candidates and hiring teams. Act as a brand ambassador to represent Ryt Bank’s values and culture throughout the hiring process. Operational & Administrative Support : Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and metrics for management review. Support compliance by ensuring recruitment processes align with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Assist in onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. Talent Projects & Initiatives : Contribute to HR / talent projects such as diversity hiring, process improvements, and technology adoption. Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment. Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline. 1-3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or fast-growing environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency in a dynamic setting. Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of digital recruiting channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
