Shoes Sales Representative

Penerangan pekerjaanProactively engage with customers, understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations Maintain excellent product knowledge to educate customers on the features and benefits of our shoes Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience Support merchandising and store operations as required Contribute to the overall success of the store and assist with any other reasonable duties Prefer 20-35 years old candidates who can start working immediately Prefer mandarin-speaker (Malay and English are a plus) Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the fashion or retail industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers Excellent product knowledge and a genuine passion for fashion and trends Driven, target-oriented and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays A positive, friendly and customer-focused attitude Good time management and responsible person Generous staff discounts on our products Comprehensive training and ongoing support Opportunities for career progression A friendly and collaborative team culture Health and well-being initiatives EPF & SOCSO & EIS Annual leave Medical leave Team & Personal commissions

In this full-time role based in different shopping malls in Kuala Lumpur area, you will play a key part in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service for our high-quality fashion footwear products.
Store Location
- The Exchange TRX, The Gardens Mall, Pavilion Damansara Height (upcoming new store), Pavilion KL (upcoming new store).
