Job Summary
The Sales Admin Support is responsible for assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination to ensure efficient sales operations. This includes processing orders, preparing reports, and supporting internal communication between departments such as production, logistics, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and follow up on sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurately prepared and maintained.
- Respond to customer inquiries and liaise with internal teams (logistics, finance, and production) to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and sales data.
- Assist sales representatives with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and event coordination.
- Support internal communication between the sales team, production, and QA for special projects or customer-specific requests.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or admin role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Good communication skills in English and local languages.Able to multitask, work independently.#J-18808-Ljbffr
