Security compliance of back-end systems. 5. Effectiveness of mentorship and support provided to junior developers. 1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. 2. Extensive experience in back-end development using relevant technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js). 3. Proficiency in database design and optimization. 4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 5. Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture preferred.
Job Title : Senior Back-End Developer
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Develop and maintain server-side logic and database components of the software solution.
- 2. Collaborate with front-end developers and solution architects to design and implement APIs and data models.
- 3. Optimize application performance and scalability through efficient code and database design.
- 4. Ensure security and compliance of back-end systems with relevant standards and regulations.
- 5. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support.
