Responsibilities :

  • Assist incoming courier mail
  • Update records for daily mail franking, registered mails, courier records & stationeries
  • To issue official receipts to the respective parties upon receiving payment and prepare accounting-related documentation
  • Promptly call, follow up and issue reminder letters for those buyers with an outstanding payment
  • Maintain good and efficient filing of all projects and purchaser files
  • Ensure that copies of billings, official receipts and correspondences with purchasers are stored in the respective purchasers' file
  • Maintain confidentiality of the purchasers and company information
  • Attend to any other task(s) assigned by superior and / or Head of Department

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements :

  • Candidate studied in Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Admin / Business Management, or related.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Malay.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word).
  • Willing to work at Phileo Damansara 1, Petaling Jaya.
