Merchandiser Team Leader - Personal Care Products @ KL
Role Summary : Lead and support a team of merchandisers to drive sales, improve product visibility, and maintain strong relationships with store partners. Responsible for stock management, tester availability, and reducing out-of-stock (OOS) cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee in-store displays and promotions
- Evaluate store layouts to maximize product impact
- Monitor inventory and sales performance (maintain OOS
- Coach and brief merchandisers on new product launches
- Provide weekly reports and updates to management
