About the role
Signature Cabinet Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of premium cabinetry solutions, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive - Project Sales to join our team in Kota Damansara, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic project sales initiatives, expanding our client base, and fostering strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, including tracking new project launches, market trends, and product developments, and implement strategies to drive growth
- Support in achieving the overall sales team targets by managing individual contributions and assisting team members
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive account management and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs to offer tailored project solutions
- Assist in negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring client satisfaction and timely project delivery
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project statuses, sales pipelines, and overall performance metrics
- Mentor and support sales team members and project designers in achieving their KPIs while fostering their professional growth
- Follow up diligently on payment collections to maintain positive cash flow
- Attend site meetings, visits, and inspections upon request
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar project sales role, preferably within the interior design, cabinet or furniture industryIn-depth knowledge of tender procedures and industry standardsProven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationshipsExcellent negotiation and sales closing skills, with the ability to understand and meet client needsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both clients and internal teamsProficient in project management, with the ability to coordinate and oversee all aspects of project deliveryFamiliar with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to cabinetry and project salesProactive, results-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer serviceWhat we offer
