Senior Executive - Distribution Support

Responsibilities

Manage direct reports to handle day-to-day operations

Attend to requisition relating to agency application, signboard and suspension / termination

Support business function inclusive of cover note float allocation, reset password, uplift account, release lock, inter-branch transfer and etc

Handle regulatory reporting to PIAM or BNM

Handle agent reimbursement for printing costs and broadband charges

Handle bill payments to system vendors (Financial Link, Merimen, Reward Link and others)

Liaise with branches / stakeholders on agency related matters

Any additional responsibilities as required on an ad-hoc basis

Compliance

Ensure consistency with enterprise risk management guidelines

Ensure compliance with regulations and law

Ensure good corporate governance is practiced and are being exercised by the Company

Education / Academic Qualifications Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

Functional knowledge / Technical skill

Result Orientation

Average typing skill and speed

Able to converse in English
