Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Production Manager to lead and manage our manufacturing operations in Kulim. If you excel in motivating teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the production team to achieve operational goals.
- Plan and organize production schedules to meet deadlines and targets.
- Ensure safe, cost-effective, and efficient production practices.
- Monitor production quality and performance, and resolve bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with QA, engineering, and logistics teams to improve processes.
- Manage resources including raw materials, machinery, and manpower.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Deliver performance reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives
