Store Supervisor

As a Store Supervisor, some of your responsibilities would include but may not be limited to :

• Ordering of inventory required for the operations of the outlet
• Ensure SOPs are upheld and disseminated to staff in a timely manner
• Ensure ongoing marketing / sale campaigns are launched smoothly and communicated to staff
• Manage the staff shift scheduling and manpower cost for the outlet
• Provide on-the-job training to staff and part-timers
• Ensure that all sales, returns, and refunds are recorded accurately and in accordance with HQ standards
• Provide timely data as required by HQ
• Assist Area Managers and Operations Managers in duties and tasks required

Skills & Qualifications

Job Requirements :

Salary : FROM RM 2,500 per month

Allowance : RM100+RM50+Incentive

Working Hour : 7.5 daily & 1 off day weekly

Probation : 3 months

Annual leave : 10 days
