Overview
UI Product Designer – Location : TTDI, KL (Remote after 3 months probation). Our client is enhancing their Construction Management Software – a platform that helps construction players work smarter, faster and with clarity.
We’re looking for a UI Product Designer who combines thinking and building, someone who is deeply curious, sees patterns others miss, and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo.
What you’ll do
- Shape and enhance the application – dive into how users interact with it, and find ways to make it smarter, simpler, and more powerful.
- Anticipate problems before they appear – conduct pre-mortems, reason through ideas, and always ask “why” before jumping to “how”.
- Connect the dots across data, user workflows, and business logic – from high-level strategy to nitty-gritty design.
- Work closely with our team to explore problems deeply before proposing solutions. We’re not here to ship fast for the sake of it – we want to build right.
- Understand and map out user journeys, data flows, and how everything ties back to business value.
- Benchmark our features against competitors and identify where we can outsmart, not just outbuild.
Who you are
Curious, analytical, and a great systems thinker.Someone who can articulate their thoughts well – why a certain approach makes sense, and how it fits into the bigger picture. You don’t just read data – you interpret it and ask what it means for the user and the business. You’re user-obsessed, but also understand business pressures.A team player – humble but confident. Comfortable challenging ideas, not people.Whether you’re junior or seasoned, what matters most is how you think, reason, and communicate. How we’ll evaluate you
Your thinking – how you approach complexity.Your ability to comprehend and map out challenges.Your skill in articulating thoughts clearly.Your problem-solving instincts – and how you run a pre-mortem before a solution. The Vibe Check
Would we trust you with our pet? Would we go out for a drink with you and talk about life, ideas, and the future? We’re building a close-knit, smart, and hungry team. If you bring "us against the world" energy with a builder’s brain and a designer’s heart, we want to meet you.
