Responsibilities
Daily monitoring of sales administration activities related to particular accounts Furnish adhoc sales reporting to account owner Work with customer and factory stakeholders for daily quotes related to process changes, Ad hoc reliability tests, manual jobs, operator OT, non-standard process SPO / POB materials, Ad hoc / non-standard quo meeting & negotiation, NRE quote for tool, equipment, crating, change kit, repair etc Work with operations for cost improvement Prepare progress reports on progress of projects Work with Sales Admin, Operation, Engineering, QA and IFX team to prepare & follow up monthly claim Ensure monthly buybacks from customer Ensure quarterly expired material physical scrapping with factory stakeholders and customer Any other duties assigned by immediate superior
