Strong technical understanding of engineering principles, design, and project management. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to secure new business and manage client relationships. Proficiency in HVAC selection tools and AutoCAD is an added advantage. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Willing to travel and possess own transportation. Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly passionate, self-motivated and detail-oriented team player to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Project Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and implementation of our advanced HVAC engineering solutions to a diverse range of clients across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their project requirements and design tailored HVAC solutions, including equipment selection.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, project plans, bids or tenders to secure new business.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful delivery and installation of projects.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support, including product training, troubleshooting and maintenance, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking and relationship building to gain trust in ACSON’s products.
