Main Responsibilities :
- Handling of abnormality & exceptions in tool / mold processing
 - Handling of abnormality of tool / mold incoming materials
 - Responsible for analysis, tracking and processing of abnormality of tool / mold measurement
 - Responsible for summary and analysis of abnormality of tool / mold quality
 - Drive correction, corrective and preventive actions towards tool / mold abnormalities, lead to improvement tracking
 - Liaise with related department or personnel on quality issue or improvement program that relates to tool / mold
 - Create work instruction / SOP / SIP for tool / mold inspection activities
 - Any other works assigned by superior
 
Academic Requirement :
Bachelor Degree & aboveWorking Experience :
Minimum 5 years’ experience relating to tool / mold processing activitiesUnderstanding of tool / mold structure, GD&TFamiliar with UG software, basic understanding of tool / mold quality management systemOffice Hours : Monday - Friday
9.00am to 5.00pm
