Role Summary
- We’re seeking a Solutions Architect — a growth-minded connector who can translate client needs into innovative solutions that are powered by creative technology. This role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and creative production, helping brands unlock the potential of AI, automation, and next-gen tooling.
- You’ll be a front-facing champion of Tag’s innovation activity : shaping opportunities, building the narrative, and ensuring our clients see and feel tangible value from our capability and offerings. From mapping capabilities to client challenges, to driving solution design and storytelling, you’ll help our business and our clients move faster into the future of content production.
Key Responsibilities
Identify client needs, growth opportunities, and map them against Tag capabilities and toolingTranslate briefs into clear solution pathways — connecting problems to assets, processes, and tech showcaseBuild compelling sales narratives, decks, and process maps that effectively communicate and simplify complex solutionsBrief and collaborate with technical and creative leads to develop demo assets, prototypes, and showcase materialsEngage existing client stakeholder and identify opportunities to accelerate delivery and impactDocument and package success stories into case studies that inspire confidence and scale adoptionAct as a public facing representative for client conversations, pitches, and industry forumsChampion technology-first ambition internally, advocating for AI / automation’s role in creative productionWho You Are

4-6 years in solutions, sales strategy, business development, or creative production consultancyProven experience building client decks, solution narratives, and process workflowsFamiliarity with creative automation, AI tools, and content production pipelinesTrack record of translating client needs into integrated solutions that deliver measurable outcomesStrong presence in client-facing environments — pitching, presenting, and leading workshopsSeniority level
