Material Coordinator / Supervisor (Scaffolding)

Company website : Responsibilities

• On a daily basis checking and managing all scaffolding activities
• Receives, reviews, and processes requisition requests for materials and supplies for specific projects and general maintenance activities.
• Evaluate material requisition requests and advise division personnel on modifications and materials needed for specific projects or general maintenance work orders.
• Liaise with the customers and ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers.
• Liaise with the warehouse to coordinate customer inquiries, orders, and stock availability.
• Identify and communicate any risk associated with tasks and the overall project plan.
• Ensure that the quantity of materials and supplies is according to documents provided by the relevant party.
• Ensure work quality is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.
• Attend project meetings and liaise or coordinate with in-house staff, designers, and workers.
• Any other duties that may assigned by HOD from time to time
