To enhance our successful Technology (TDI) Team in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate technology development engineer to join our team.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate overall Path Finding projects for TDI back-end processes (SRSF, Assembly and Test) with the customer to meet timeline and qualify on time.
• Perform normal SRSF TD engineering tasks as an SRSF engineer depending on new Path Finding task situations.
• Develop and qualify new materials in back-end (SRSF, Assembly and Test) based on customer projects.
• Assist Program Management tasks and programs as assigned by the Program Management Manager.
• Act as the Single-Point-Of-Contact for the customer for back-end projects and assist in organizing and leading customer meetings.
• Interface for next disruptive technologies in close collaboration with internal R&D (Path Finding), suppliers and customers.
• Identify gaps to meet customer specifications and requirements and collaborate with R&D (Path Finding) to drive relevant departments in Back-end and Plant to close gaps or amend requirements.
• Coordinate feasibility studies of new projects / programs by liaising with various stakeholders to study feasibility of participating in new projects / programs.
• SRSF tasks as a SRSF TD engineer (lead process, block process / lot / machine if needed, perform YIP, review / TRA / optimize for NPI products, manage task force, system management (QMS documents, audits, etc.).
