Assistant Manager, Finance (GL)

Job Summary :

Ensure overall financial reporting function within finance, including GL, fixed assets, financial accounting, direct tax and transfer pricing.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall financial reporting function within finance, including GL, fixed assets, financial accounting, direct tax and transfer pricing (with advisory by UT Tax).
• Ensure timely closure of monthly financial reports and review completeness of month end book keeping activities : maintenance of general ledger accounts, reconciliation of sub-ledgers to main ledger of accounts, reconciliation of sub-ledgers to source system data, accounting for accruals and prepayments, fixed assets maintenance.
• Prepare monthly Financial Reporting, Location P&L and Annual Statutory Financial Reports.
• Liaison with external Auditors and Group tax.
• Support ad hoc assignments or projects (e.g., process improvements) when required.
