Not only will you assist the team with property showings and negotiations, marketing and closings, you’ll also have full responsibility for Rental Sales (after 6 months); you’ll learn it all. What You’ll Do :
- Support the sales team, and learn at the same time, you will :
Coordinate calendars including showings, client meetings, and vendor appointments
Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and follow up on action itemsSupport the team to host open houses and property tours, capturing lead info and support follow‑upWork with our marketing team to help promote listings and coordinate media contentSupport the listing and sales process : drafting offers, assist with paperwork, and liaise with attorneys, surveyors, lenders, and moreOrganize signage, client gifts, and occasional creative support (photo / video help)Complete your CIREBA exam in first 6 monthsAfter successfully completing your probation and CIREBA exam, you will act as the main point of contact for Rental Services, you will :Partner with property owners to market and rent their homes, ensuring maximum occupancy and peace of mind.Work with the existing agents to learn how to advise clients on rental best practices, market conditions, and pricing strategies to optimize return on investment.Actively seek and solicit new rental opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, hosting viewings, and leveraging Property Cayman’s existing brand presence.Manage the rental process end‑to‑end, including listing preparation, negotiating lease agreements, coordinating tenant move‑ins, handling security deposits and enforcing leases.Provide a seamless, customer‑centric rental service.What We’re Looking For :
