About the role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Network Engineer to join our team. This position is responsible for providing both remote and onsite technical support, resolving customer-raised tickets, and ensuring smooth network and security operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive attitude in managing technical issues.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand customer network / security implementations and technical requirements.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and consult on technical issues for customers.
- Implement changes or workarounds to address technical issues.
- Document daily tasks and compile reports for team sharing.
- Serve as the escalation point for major support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Travel to customer premises to perform tasks as required.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Skills Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in network engineering or technical support roles.Strong knowledge of networking technologies, TCP / IP, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN.Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent is an advantage.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Willing to travel and possess own transport.Apply
