Overview Sales and Marketing Executive role focusing on establishing contact with prospects, developing relationships, and executing marketing campaigns. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

To secure sales by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.

Follow up with new leads and attend to them in a professional manner.

Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

Plan, coordinate, initiate and implement efficient marketing campaigns and daily activities including sales, branding and operations.

Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition.

Craft and create marketing materials and contents.

Perform daily sales and marketing activities as planned by the company.

Basic salary 4-5k + monthly % sales commission

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience in health or beauty related industry preferred.

Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).

Possess strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with managing social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, IG, TikTok).

Basic skills in content creation.
