Responsibilities

• Pre & Post contracts to coordinate closely and effectively with site staff of Project Implementation Department and Consultant on all documentations on contractors’ interim claims and variation works claims.
• Involve in site measurement, quantity take-off and source for quotation.
• Provide cost and financial advice to project team when necessary.
• Knowledge to prepare technical contract and able to read up tender specifications and drawings.
• To handle any other job functions as assigned by the Management from time to time.

A few of the notable projects that we are engaged in and have completed are MRT Depot Kajang, Jawi Prison, UiTM Bukit Besi and Lebuhraya Pantai Timur. Ever since TSR Group engages in property investment and development, we have been expanding by actively securing new parcels of land and planning for development. The Group’s current Headquarters, Menara TSR is one of our accomplishments. This 17 storey corporate office tower with 4 basement car park levels which is located in Mutiara Damansara was solely developed and constructed by us. Another active project is PD Waterfront located in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. It is a mixed development with over 100-acres and a GDV of more than RM 1 billion.
