Responsibilities
Involve in sub-contract tender and award exercise; identify and monitor submission status of all relevant contract deliverables e.g. insurances, performance bond, technical submissions and etc prior to commencement of works for new projects.
Assist in new business pursuit and associated contract strategy.
Perform all post contract administration works including preparation, submission & monitor of interim progress claims, payment certification, back charge and settlement of final account for both clients and sub-contractors.
Perform and manage all matters related to sub-contractors management including sourcing and negotiating contract rates, material supply, terms and conditions, preparation of letter of award, sub‑contractor payment recommendation, variation order, certification and final accounts, as well as manage contractual difference resolutions with sub‑contractors.
Manage any conflict resolution.
Build and strengthen existing contractual management including site.
Include claims management (Extension of Time, variations, Loss & Expense Claims and others).
Assist and advise Project Team on Contractual matter and documentation; attend site meetings and liaise with Project Engineer / Construction Manager for site joint inspections and measurement.
Identify contractual risks associated with the project and propose mitigation action related to the risks.
Report on the status of project claim, certification and collection on monthly basis.
