Job Description

• Responsible for the overall operational and functional aspects for Tendering and all Pre and Post Contract.
• Prepare tender submission and Bill of Quantity.
• Review all construction drawings and specifications to ensure it matches the tender price.
• Review all tender documents, identify any risk / shortcoming within the tender documents, provide solution to overcome the risk / shortcoming for the tender.
• Ensure all the tender documents, BQ, contract documents and quotation are in place.
• Monitoring cost and budget control for respective projects and ensure it being reported on time.
• Verify all the additional and variation order and site visit.
• Ensure proper submission of monthly progress claims from all projects and follow up projects in close cooperation with Project Team.
• Handle procurement, sourcing, negotiating, evaluate and identify cost savings to meet goals.
• With Knowledge and Working Experience in Interior Construction materials.
