Summary of the role
As an E-Commerce Support Executive, you’ll work behind the scenes during live streaming sessions to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities include replying to audience messages, managing pinned products, assisting with order inquiries, and coordinating with the live host and operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor live sessions in real time, reply to viewer comments and questions quickly, and assist the host in engaging with the audience.
Pin products, update vouchers, and ensure correct product details and pricing are displayed during live streaming.
Handle order, payment, and delivery inquiries from viewers, providing clear and helpful responses.
Work with operations team to ensure product stock levels are accurate and updated throughout the live stream.
Flag and escalate technical glitches or customer related issues to the relevant teams for immediate resolution.
Record key feedback from live sessions, prepare simple reports, and suggest improvements to enhance future performance.
Your professional background
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business or related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or livestream support preferred.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to type fast and respond quickly in live settings.
Familiarity with TikTok Shop / Seller Center or other e-commerce platforms.
Basic knowledge of digital tools such as Excel, Canva, or CapCut is a plus.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a bonus.
Able to work evenings and weekends.
