Responsibilities

  • Lead the formulation of market expansion strategies and operation plans for the intelligent computing business, focusing on core markets in the Asia-Pacific region (with Malaysia as the core, covering Thailand and Indonesia), and define target customer groups (local enterprises and Chinese-funded enterprises).
  • Take the lead in conducting high-level engagements with key Malaysian government departments (e.g., Ministry of Digital Economy, MDEC, NAIO) and large enterprises to identify potential intelligent computing business opportunities and establish long-term cooperative relationships.
  • Coordinate market support work across countries in the Asia-Pacific region, align computing power resources and delivery teams within the region, and adapt to local needs (such as policy compliance and language services) to ensure coordinated advancement of the regional market.
  • Track intelligent computing market dynamics (policies, competitors, technological trends), regularly issue market analysis reports, adjust market strategies; focus on promoting the conversion of government-enterprise and radiation-type intelligent computing business opportunities to support the improvement of contract signing rates.
  • Organize marketing promotion activities (e.g., industry forums, product launch conferences, customer salons) to enhance the brand awareness and influence of the center\'s intelligent computing business in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to formulate customer stratified operation strategies, provide customized services for high-value customers, and improve customer retention rate and repurchase rate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree or above, majoring in computer science, electronic information or related fields.
  • More than 5 years of marketing operations experience in the communications or technology industry, including at least 3 years of market expansion experience; experience in intelligent computing, cloud computing, or AI industry is preferred.
  • Excellent high-level engagement capabilities; able to independently conduct high-level negotiations with government and enterprise stakeholders, identify core needs and promote cooperation implementation. Experience in managing government-enterprise business in group companies is preferred.
  • Familiar with market research and strategy formulation methods; able to optimize operation plans based on data-driven insights.
  • Fluent in English; able to independently write English operation reports and contract documents.
  • Strong resource integration capabilities, pressure resistance, and result-oriented thinking.
