Job Description
- Support in HR operations from pre-onboarding to off-boarding.
- Support in performance reviews and development programs.
- Managing compensation and benefits of employees not limited to payroll, leave management, employee benefits and etc.
- Support in regulatory reports and any other compliance reports.
- Support employee relations activities and address employee concerns.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Prepare monthly / quarterly report and provide valuable insights in analysis.
Requirements
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, other any other Business Field.Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.Good communication in both spoken and written English.Strong analytical data skills.Requirements
