The Merchandising Support role is responsible for assisting in the planning, setup, and maintenance of product displays to ensure an attractive and organized shopping experience for customers. This position works closely with the merchandising team to ensure products are properly stocked, priced, and displayed according to company guidelines and promotional plans.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in setting up and maintaining product displays and planograms
- Ensure products are correctly labeled, priced, and well-stocked
- Support in implementing promotional displays and seasonal setups
- Monitor shelf life, stock rotation (FIFO), and remove damaged or expired items
- Work with store departments to coordinate display changes and inventory flow
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of display areas and shelves
- Provide feedback on product performance and display effectiveness
- Support the team during store openings, relaunches, or promotional events
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock
- Perform other merchandising tasks as assigned by supervisors
