Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential corporate clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client contact information.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to engage clients over the phone.
- No sales involved.
Requirements :
Previous relevant experience in sales or customer service preferred.Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay or Chinese is advantageous.Good typing skills for efficient data entry and note-taking during calls.Possess a positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and improve.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting set targets and deadlines.Willingness to work in Kelana Jaya.Please note the following details :
This role is based at our office in Parklane Commercial Hub, Kelana Jaya.Work hours : Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM.No weekends. No after-hours work.Job Types : Full-time, Contract
Contract length : 6 months
Pay : RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
