Accountabilities

• Client Relationship Leadership : Manage, cultivate, and strategically expand a significant portfolio of Small to Medium‑Sized Enterprise (SME) or Corporate clients .
• Business Development & Origination : Proactively acquire new lending and broader banking relationships, driving portfolio expansion through effective market engagement.
• Financial Structuring : Negotiate and structure customized financial solutions, including facility arrangements, pricing, security terms, and covenants.
• Product Cross‑Sell : Act as a trusted advisor to clients, effectively cross‑selling a comprehensive range of banking products, such as credit facilities, trade instruments, and specialized cash management solutions .
• Credit & Risk Management : Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit assessments, prepare formal credit proposals, and proactively manage portfolio health, regulatory compliance, and risk parameters.
• Operational Governance : Ensure all client‑facing activities and documentation adhere to internal policies and established risk management and regulatory standards.

Who You Are

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of successful experience in managing relationships within Commercial or Business Banking, with a strong track record of both acquisition and portfolio growth. You must demonstrate strong skills in financial analysis, credit review, and negotiation . Success in this role requires a professional who is self‑driven, focused on achieving business results, and thrives in a collaborative environment that values continuous improvement and accountability. Credit‑related certifications are considered an advantage.
