The Business Planning and Reporting Manager is to develop and implement strategic business plans to align with Head Office goals. He / She is to oversee short term and long-term business strategies to drive growth, efficiency and market competitiveness.

• STRATEGIC PLANNING : Develop and implement strategic business plans to align with corporate goals and drive company growth
• FINANCIAL REPORTING : Prepare and present detailed financial report and forecast to President and HQ.
• BUDGET MANAGEMENT : Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with Company objectives and efficient resource allocation
• PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS : Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION : Serve as the primary liaison between the local office, Regional Office and HQ, ensuring clear and effective communication of business strategics and performance metrics
• MARKET RESEARCH : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business planning and decision planning
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT : Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the President, ensuring timely and successful completion
