JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Market Benchmarking
- Participates in market benchmarking exercise with selected vendors by preparing quality remuneration data
- Retrieves and analyses market data and internal data to impact rewards design
- Keeps abreast of regulatory & legislative changes, and market dynamics as an input to rewards design
2.Reward Engagement & Delivery
Engages relevant stakeholders on rewards design and rewards deliver by collaborating with HR Business Partners and Employee Engagement teamEnsures timely and quality execution of the rewards delivery by partnering with the Performance Management, HRIS and Payroll teamsResponds to policy clarification questions from employees within rewards3.Build Capability
Provides guidance on rewards matters, policy governance and interpretationCoach various stakeholders on the area of rewardsJOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or related field (preferred).Good experience in Microsoft Office (ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Good analytical skills, meticulous and able to work independently.Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.Results oriented, fast paced, resourceful and proactive.Resilient and able to deliver under pressure.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.JOB STATUS
