Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer role at Innomotics in Shah Alam, Malaysia. We are looking for a Senior Service Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning : Install, configure, and commission VFD systems for MV motors at customer sites. Perform system integration with PLC / DCS and other automation systems. Ensure proper wiring, grounding, and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting : Diagnose and repair VFD-related faults (hardware, software, and communication). Conduct preventive maintenance and performance checks. Provide root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Technical Support : Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues. Support warranty claims, service reports, and technical documentation.
• Customer Interaction : Act as the first point of contact for field service inquiries. Train customer staff on VFD operation, safety, and maintenance. Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
