Responsibilities
- Prepare tender estimation, BQ and source suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare progress claim to clients.
- Cost monitoring and controlling.
- Assist in awarding contracts and reviewing contract documents.
- Manage pre and post-contract activities : monitoring materials and construction costs, site valuation, variation orders and final accounts.
- Verify subcontractors, vendors and supplier’s claims.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Qualifications
Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.Interpersonal and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is an advantage.Job Type : Full‑time, Permanent
Salary : RM 5,500 – RM 6,500 per month
