Prior industrial sales or marketing experience required. Possess leadership, analytical and good interpersonal skills. Good communication and project management skills. Possess initiative and drive, with a strong sense of ownership. Able to work independently and deliver consistent quality work.

Job Description :
- Responsible for the sales contracts, conclude order / contracts, administer sales contract and collection of payment.
- Secure local sales to meet / exceed sales target.
- Identify market potentials, track market trend and product features for new market niche.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and plan to create market awareness and increase sales.
- Review business plan and sales budget to achieve the required contributions and margin.
- Monitor project development.
- Maintain high level relationships with customers & development of business relationships with external partners.
- Monthly reporting of performance, which includes sales performance, action plan, order forecast, market information and environment, and customer service issues.
