Senior P2P Specialist Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (hybrid) Type : Permanent, full-time BSI Kuala Lumpur is hiring for the Senior P2P Specialist within the Accounts Payable team to join our multinational Financial Business Services in Kuala Lumpur. You will report into the APAC P2P Manager, supporting all Accounts Payable responsibilities within the shared service centre. This role is hybrid, with a working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Responsibilities

Processing vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) accurately, making payments and responding to AP queries. Investigating and resolving any invoice discrepancies with relevant parties on a timely basis. Ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the transactions processed as per BSI’s SLA and KPI. Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the purchase ledger. Actioning month end tasks in collaboration with the Financial Accounting team. Performing other duties as and when delegated, including back-up, business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc tasks. To Be Successful In The Role

Proven experience working in a similar role, ideally within a Shared Service environment. Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. Knowledge of SAP and PO Systems will be an advantage, including processing AP invoices. Good in Microsoft Office especially Excel. Ability to collaborate and be a team player. Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively over calls, MS Teams, emails etc. About Us
