Responsibilities
- Assist Branch Manager in daily operations of the outlet (admin & operations).
- Supervise and support team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle customer enquiries and maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Monitor stock flow : car arrivals, documentation, and delivery processes.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and JPJ / finance requirements.
- Report task to be completed daily to Branch Manager.
