What you'll be doing
- Deliver outstanding customer support via online channels to clients from China & Taiwan, and other regions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing accurate and timely information
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions or escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as required
- Education : SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above
- Working Hours : 24 / 7 Rotational Shift - 5 days working
- Fresh Grads are welcome to apply
What we're looking for
Fluency in both English and Mandarin (Cantonese would be an added advantage), with excellent verbal and written communication skillsPrevious experience in a customer service or call center role, ideally in a similar industryStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer queriesCommitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help othersAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesProficient in using computer systems and various software applicationsWhat we offer
