About the Role

To lead and support underwriting transformation initiatives across the allocated business units, focusing on

automation, rule engine enhancement, and leveraging data and AI

to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Simplify underwriting processes and enhance customer experience

by improving rules, leveraging data, analytics, and innovation to reduce medical evidence requirements and increase new business take-up rates

Support the development and governance of core underwriting rules and standards
