About the Role

Lead, coach, and manage a team of Personal Bankers to achieve individual and team sales targets. Drive branch-level sales strategies and promotional initiatives to grow customer portfolios. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, training, and development opportunities. Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer-centricity, compliance, and operational excellence.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and customer service standards.
• Act as a role model in delivering exceptional customer experiences and deepening relationships.
