Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues via email and calls.
- Assist passengers with bookings, flight changes, baggage claims, and more.
- Deliver world-class service with patience, empathy, and enthusiasm to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
