We are representing a multi national workspace company in Singapore. Currently as they are expanding, they are looking for Customer Service Executive.

Job Responsibilities :

• Deliver exceptional customer service : Welcome and assist the members, visitors, and guests.
• Manage customer inquiries : Address customer service inquiries and requests through various channels (in-person, email, phone).
• Support member onboarding and offboarding : Facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes for the members.
• Contribute to daily operations : Maintain the overall functionality and positive atmosphere of the space.
• Handle administrative tasks : Perform administrative duties according to company procedures.
• Participate in center events : Support member events and company initiatives.
