Responsibilities
Promote and sell newly launched residential and commercial developments directly on behalf of the developer. Conduct property presentations, showroom tours, and explain project features to prospective buyers. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat sales and referrals. Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns, events, and walk-ins. Provide guidance to buyers on financing options, legal procedures, and handover processes. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the developer. Keep updated with market trends, competitor projects, and property regulations. Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and developer marketing activities. Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field (real estate or business-related qualification is an advantage). Preferably 1–2 years of sales experience (property, automotive, insurance, or similar). Fresh graduates with strong drive are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. High self-motivation, discipline, and a result-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Possess own transport and willingness to travel to project sites / show units. Real Estate Negotiator (REN) Tag or Probationary Estate Agent (PEA) registration is an advantage but not compulsory (training provided). Income Potential
High Commission Scheme Minimum monthly income : RM20,000+ achievable with consistent performance (top agents earn significantly more). Seniority level
