About The Role :

Asia Cargo Network is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to oversee vendor invoices, process payments, manage the e-invoicing portal, and handle employee expense claims accurately and on time. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and corporate policies, while fostering strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, petty cash and payment vouchers in accordance with company policies.
• Verify accuracy of invoices, supporting documents, and ensure compliance with SST (Sales &
• Service Tax) and other regulatory requirements in Malaysia.
• Maintaining E-Invoice portal for normal, consolidated, and self-billing on LHDN website.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of AP records for audit purposes.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues with suppliers.
• Upkeep of the AP Ageing to be updated weekly.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation for month end.
• Assist in monthly closing by ensuring AP transactions including accruals and intercompany
• transaction are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on payment matters.
• Support Accounts Manager and Finance Department any adhoc task and reporting related to
• AP.
• Assist in year-end audit and provide required schedules / documentation.
