About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at Baba Fruits Hub (SunMoon Food Company Ltd). In this full-time position based in USJ 8, Subang Jaya (nearby Taipan LRT station) .

You will play a key role in supporting our finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and efficient reporting processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Process and record all accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices
  • Ensure payments are made to suppliers within agreed terms
  • Prepare and reconcile accounts payable reports and statements
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Provide support to the finance team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numeric and analytical skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
