Responsibilities
- Identifies business opportunities and drives sales revenue by identifying qualified prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with qualified prospects; recommending solutions.
- Build good rapport with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the entire supply chain, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant fieldsAt least 5 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing-related rolesA candidate with exposure and experience in the plastic manufacturing and food packaging industries will be an advantage.Strong oral, written, presentation and communication skills.Strong customer relationships, negotiation and prospecting skills and experience in sales planning.Proven record in meeting sales goals.Must be innovative and creative, able to generate good ideas.Must possess good organization and time management skills and practices.With high self-initiative, motivation and accountability in completing assignments and responsibilities.Strong problem-solving skills and able to think outside the box.Able to work under minimal supervision.Able to handle reasonable pressure and work extra hours to accomplish tasks and deliver results.Must be result-oriented and have a challenger attitude.Excel in customer account management.Company
