Logistics Executive

In line with our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Logistics Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Planning and coordinating the transportation of goods with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials. Review and manage purchase orders and delivery documents for accuracy. Track and troubleshoot delivery issues independently. Prepare daily and monthly operational reports and maintain accurate records of daily operations. Ensure all delivery methods comply with statutory, authority, and company requirements. Liaise with suppliers and customers to maintain smooth operations. Perform multi-tasking duties, including relief or stand-in functions within the department. Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2 years of relevant working experience (experience in logistics / supply chain is an advantage). Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word). What we need from you

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and interpersonal abilities. Independent, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
