Sales Representatives

Responsibilities :

• Conduct selling, merchandising and collection with local shop and large provision.
• Execute promotion, activation, sales negotiation, display, campaign and other trade activities to the requirements of principals.
• Capable of basic key accounts planning in accordance to retailers' activities calendar.
• Provide high quality sales service and maintain good relationship with retailers' buyers and managers.
• Work closely with Team Lead and principal's person-in-charge to understand company's plans and brands' strategy to cascade to the trade as execution.
• Identify opportunities in the trade in terms of visibility, availability, product ranging, pricing and promotion.
• Achieve monthly / quarterly sales, collection and other fundamental targets.

Requirements :

(Salary Packages : Basic Salary + Car Plan + Phone with Sim Card + Petrol Card + Sales Reward + Add-Hoc Incentive)
