• Responsible to meet designated sales target; generate qualified opportunities and able to win new opportunity in a target time frame
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's adhesive and tape products, including their features, benefits, and applications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Resourceful and a good communicator. Able to establish professional contact
• Identify and engage with new customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers, ensuring they understand product applications and benefits
• Good team players to collaborate with key stakeholders to drive solution to customers
• Time management and highly discipline - monthly updated on sales activities, demand forecast, and competitor activity
• Based in Penang or KL Central
